Return Policy

At Fitmuse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Personal care items (opened)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@fitmuse.in
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Pack items securely and ship using provided label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund (unless item was defective)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange shipping is free for defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@fitmuse.in
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange free return shipping and full refund/replacement
